AfroPunk is happening this weekend (August 27-28).

The growing music festival has been located in Brooklyn, New York since 2005. The music festival is all about celebrating freedom, art, and anyone who may embrace alternative lifestyles.

AfroPunk is a music festival that was created to honor diversity, and the live music is the foundation that brings it all together. This year’s lineup includes: Ice Cube, Janelle Monae, Tyler The Creator, The Internet, Flying Lotus, Laura Mvula, Young Fathers, Earl Sweatshirt, Saul Williams, George Clinton, Ceelo Green, Angel Haze, Gallant, Kelela and many others.
