Trump’s Twitter rants continues to make headlines.

He’s recently attacked the cast of the Broadway musical Hamilton, after a letter was read by  cast member Brandon Dixon to Vice President-elect Mike Pence after the show.

The message was:

“Vice President-elect Pence, we welcome you, and we truly thank you for joining us here at ‘Hamilton: An American Musical.’ We really do,” Dixon said to further applause. “We, sir, we are the diverse America who are alarmed and anxious that your new administration will not protect us, our planet, our children, our parents, or defend us and uphold our inalienable rights, sir. But we truly hope this show has inspired you to uphold our American values and work on behalf of all of us. All of us. Again, we truly thank you truly for seeing this show, this wonderful American story told by a diverse group of men and women of different colors, creeds and orientations.”

These words obviously affected Trump because he went on a rant via Twitter, letting the world know he was not happy about what was said.

“The Theater must always be a safe and special place. The cast of Hamilton was very rude last night to a very good man, Mike Pence. Apologize!”,Trump tweeted.

He even had a few words for NBC’s Saturday Night Live (SNL) saying “it is a totally one-sided, biased show - nothing funny at all”.

These remarks came after they did a skit making fun of him.

It’s pretty alarming to see the future President of the United States going mad on Twitter.

Is this a taste of what Trump’s reign will be like? Perhaps Pence should take his phone?

However, he took a break from his petty rampage in order to address the nation for the first time since his win. During the address, he spoke of “Putting America First” and “Making America Great Again.”

In under 3 minutes, he gave us some key policies and regulations he and his new transition team will be implementing to “restore laws and bring back jobs”.

The points included:

Trade: Withdrawal from the Trans-Pacific Partnership.

Energy: Cancel job killing restrictions on the production of American energy.

Regulation: Formulate a rule that eliminates two old regulations in exchange for every one new regulation.

National Security: Will be asking Department of Defense and Chairman of Joint Chiefs of Staff to develop a comprehensive plan to protect America’s infrastructure from cyber attacks and all other forms of attack.

Immigration: Investigations of all abuses of visa programs.

Ethics Reform: 5-year ban on executive officials becoming lobbyists and a lifetime ban on executive officials lobbying on behalf of a foreign government.

He ended his address by saying “There are just a few steps we will take to reform Washington and rebuild our middle class”.
